Productivity Enhancement & Business Acceleration

SME’s and business are the bedrock of every economy. In Africa, SME’s contribute to development, through employment, service innovation and export. However, most of these businesses often lack basic technologies, proper structuring and access to capital and trade opportunities, making it difficult for them to scale their operations. Our focus in this area is to propel the growth of Sub Saharan Africa’s Small and Medium Enterprises (SME’s) through promoting access to tools and technology, knowledge, financing, and access to markets as key pillars for their growth. This we do through our Business Acceleration company Africeller8.

As a business accelerator, Africeler8 aims to close market gaps that impact the survival and growth of SME’s in critical sectors of Africa’s economy. The company does this by leveraging competencies and strategic partnerships in digitization, digital financial services, and trade development. Africeler8 especially works with women-owned businesses within our countries of operation, helping to upscale their business through our five-stage business structuring program dubbed “The Bloom Journey” which is synonymous with the growth phases of a plant from seedling to a fully bloomed tree.
