One of the challenges facing our continent is the apparent knowledge and skill gap within the working population. Even though education levels are improving across the continent, there appears to be a knowledge and skills gap needed for improved efficiency in the workplace.  Africa’s potential for greatness is undoubted, and we believe this can only be achieved exponentially if more attention is given to building the capacity of our people and impacting them with the requisite skills in leadership, personal effectiveness, strategic thinking and financial planning to enable them think critically and solve problems creatively.
